By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Health Intake
All new clients and IV therapy clients are required to complete a health intake form before treatment. This is to ensure your safety and determine whether a service is appropriate for you.
Medical Disclaimer
Services offered at Mountain Sun Medspa are wellness services administered by licensed medical professionals. They are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. Please consult your physician if you have any underlying health conditions.
Mobile Services
Mobile service bookings are subject to availability and service area. Travel fees may apply depending on location. We reserve the right to cancel a mobile booking if safety or logistical conditions cannot be met.
Memberships
Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Members may cancel with 30 days written notice. Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise specified.
Liability
Mountain Sun Medspa is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions or medications. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information.
