Jeremiah is the founder of Mountain Sun Massage & Skin Care, and a seasoned massage therapist who brings over two decades of experience to his work. He graduated from the East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in 2001, and has since cultivated a versatile skill set that includes relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone therapy, Thai Yoga massage, and therapeutic treatment work. His years spent working alongside chiropractors gave him invaluable insight into injury recovery, particularly for clients healing from auto accidents and chronic pain conditions. Jeremiah also integrates cupping therapy into many of his sessions to enhance circulation, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

In addition to his extensive background in traditional and clinical massage, Jeremiah is trained in Sarga Thai Bodywork—a barefoot massage technique that uses gravity and broad, sustained pressure to access deeper layers of fascia. This approach allows for a profoundly grounding and effective treatment, especially for clients seeking structural change and nervous system reset. At the heart of Jeremiah’s practice is a commitment to listening—both to the body and to the client. He believes in educating clients about their bodies and tailoring each session with intention.

Beyond the treatment room, Jeremiah is also the business and marketing strategist for Mountain Sun Massage & Skin Care. With his skill for building relationships and a thoughtful, community-centered approach to marketing, he plays a key role in shaping the spa’s presence and growth. His behind-the-scenes work helps ensure the spa remains a comfortable and professionally run place for clients to unwind and relax.

Tara creates a calming, therapeutic space where clients can release daily stress and reconnect with their bodies. A 2015 graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, she has been deeply passionate about the mental health benefits of massage ever since. Her approach blends Swedish relaxation, myofascial release, gentle deep tissue, and passive stretching, all delivered with a soothing and restorative touch. She also incorporates cupping therapy in areas of deep fascial tension to enhance results and promote lasting relief. While focusing on each client’s primary concerns, Tara thoughtfully includes the whole body in every session to support a stronger mind-body connection. When she’s not in the treatment room, Tara enjoys illustrating children’s books and painting with watercolor.

Kimberly is a licensed esthetician with an extensive background in natural health and holistic skincare. She received her training from the Euro Institute of Skin Care, where she developed both in-depth product knowledge and advanced facial techniques. Her approach blends results-driven treatments with a nurturing touch, making each session soothing and transformative. Kimberly offers a variety of services, including customized facials, body treatments, chemical peels, nano needling, and facial waxing. She is especially skilled at addressing concerns such as acne, dullness, dehydration, and aging skin, while creating a relaxing experience that supports the nervous system and overall well-being. With years of experience and a warm, confident presence, Kimberly is passionate about helping clients feel radiant in their own skin, both through hands-on treatments and through education on effective, personalized home care routines.
