By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Health Intake

All new clients are required to complete a health intake form before treatment. This is to ensure your safety and determine whether a service is appropriate for you.
