Yeondo Durst, RN, LMT
Founder, Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist
Yeondo is a registered nurse, licensed massage therapist, and one of the founders of Mountain Sun Medspa. Her journey into healing work began with a background in ballet and a fascination with the deeper workings of the human body. She graduated from the Brenneke School of Massage in 2007 and later became certified in Thai Yoga massage. Her sessions are intuitive and skillfully tailored, drawing on a wide range of modalities including Swedish/Deep Tissue, lomi lomi, myofascial release, and injury recovery techniques.
In 2023, Yeondo completed her RN at Lake Washington Institute of Technology and now works at EvergreenHealth on the Oncology floor, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients facing some of their most vulnerable moments. At the spa, she leads the IV vitamin and hydration therapy program, combining her medical training with her holistic sensibility and warmth to support clients’ overall wellness. With advanced training underway in Botox, microneedling, and PRP therapies, she is excited to continue expanding the scope of services she can offer.
Yeondo is thrilled to see her long-held dream come to life of cultivating a luscious treatment space that feels welcoming, safe, and rooted in integrity for clients, staff, and the wider community alike. Outside of work, she finds joy in dancing, listening to audiobooks, savoring soup dumplings, and exploring the forest trails with her partner, son, and their two dogs.
Jeremiah Heebink, LMT
Founder, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jeremiah is the other founder of Mountain Sun Medspa, and a seasoned massage therapist who brings over two decades of experience to his work. He graduated from the East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in 2001, and has since cultivated a versatile skill set that includes relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone therapy, Thai Yoga massage, and therapeutic treatment work. His years spent working alongside chiropractors gave him invaluable insight into injury recovery, particularly for clients healing from auto accidents and chronic pain conditions. Jeremiah also integrates cupping therapy into many of his sessions to enhance circulation, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
In addition to his extensive background in traditional and clinical massage, Jeremiah is trained in Sarga Thai Bodywork—a barefoot massage technique that uses gravity and broad, sustained pressure to access deeper layers of fascia. This approach allows for a profoundly grounding and effective treatment, especially for clients seeking structural change and nervous system reset. At the heart of Jeremiah’s practice is a commitment to listening—both to the body and to the client. He believes in educating clients about their bodies and tailoring each session with intention.
Beyond the treatment room, Jeremiah is also the business and marketing strategist for Mountain Sun Medspa. With his skill for building relationships and a thoughtful, community-centered approach to marketing, he plays a key role in shaping the medspa’s presence and growth. His behind-the-scenes work helps ensure the spa remains a comfortable and professionally-run place for clients to unwind and relax.

Jinhee Binder, DNP
Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director
Jinhee Binder, ARNP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in primary care and wellness medicine. She blends modern, evidence-based treatments with the timeless balance of Korean culture — where true health comes from harmony between body, mind, and beauty.
At Mountain Sun, Jinhee focuses on whole-person care through IV therapy and personalized wellness treatments, helping patients restore energy, enhance recovery, and feel radiant from the inside out.
Adell Lichtenberg, LMT-CST
Craniosacral Massage Therapist
Adell graduated from the Brenneke School of Massage in 2007 and has worked in a wide range of settings, including chiropractic offices, massage clinics, independent practice, and now as a valued practitioner at Mountain Sun. In 2019, Adell completed her certification in Craniosacral Therapy and intra-oral work, with training in both biomechanical and biodynamic approaches. She has also done coursework in visceral manipulation, fascial bodywork and energy balancing modalities such as polarity and healing hands. She also brings movement knowledge from her 20+ years of dance and 10+ years of yoga to her sessions. She uses a neutral and skilled touch to invite and assist your system to re-organize itself to a more balanced and functional setting. She believes that movement is life and when parts in the body are not moving in a balanced and optimal way, pain and dysfunction can happen. She enjoys working with all kinds of challenges, and her work is beneficial for issues affecting various systems of the body – including neurological, musculoskeletal, fluids, organs or the subtle energy body.
Tara Ching-Sang, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Tara creates a calming, therapeutic space where clients can release daily stress and reconnect with their bodies. A 2015 graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, she has been deeply passionate about the mental health benefits of massage ever since. Her approach blends Swedish relaxation, myofascial release, gentle deep tissue, and passive stretching, all delivered with a soothing and restorative touch. She also incorporates cupping therapy in areas of deep fascial tension to enhance results and promote lasting relief. While focusing on each client’s primary concerns, Tara thoughtfully includes the whole body in every session to support a stronger mind-body connection. When she’s not in the treatment room, Tara enjoys illustrating children’s books and painting with watercolor.
Kimberly Taylor
Licensed Esthetician
Kimberly is a licensed esthetician with an extensive background in natural health and holistic skincare. She received her training from the Euro Institute of Skin Care, where she developed both in-depth product knowledge and advanced facial techniques. Her approach blends results-driven treatments with a nurturing touch, making each session soothing and transformative. Kimberly offers a variety of services, including customized facials, body treatments, chemical peels, nano needling, and facial waxing. She is especially skilled at addressing concerns such as acne, dullness, dehydration, and aging skin, while creating a relaxing experience that supports the nervous system and overall well-being. With years of experience and a warm, confident presence, Kimberly is passionate about helping clients feel radiant in their own skin, both through hands-on treatments and through education on effective, personalized home care routines.
